Solution..don't keep passwords stored on Google or Cloud.

Create an old fashioned notepad/doc with all of them typed it. Refer to this when you need your pw's.

Bonus points..print a hard copy or 2 and keep them in a safe space.

When you have to change a password in the future, rinse/repeat.

if your money is on an exchange you should have white listing set up, that way even if you were to be hacked, they cannot send it anywhere.

It's a random number generator, six numbers that only last for 30 seconds each time.

Even if they hack the server, they still need that random number to transfer any coins out of my account, make trades, etc...

Anyhow, I keep almost all my coins in an offline wallet (Trezor).

Most if not all crypto exchanges use 2FA.

Nobody is using Windows or Google password manager.

Crypto is being weird. The downward trends are uncharacteristic especially for these times. It may be a dip but I feel like it's being fucked with.
