most of it is things i have seen over time. the Green Deal pushes for less fossil fuel usage.

i did work weatherizing houses in NYState. heard their plan to cut gases and saw 1st hand that the plan was to cut usage by tightening up houses. each house would use less energy to heat and new appliances would use less to run. but this will cut the total energy used thereby the % renewable will look better. won't solve the issue,not even close. say the % is to b 40, 40 of 100.assume,it is 25 or 100 now. cut the use to 80. 25/80 is better than 25/100,but still short of the 40% of the total used.
