No wonder my fortune 100 employer isn't requiring it. Of course they aren't. It's a good way for your family, if you don't survive, to inherit a business for free. The liability is through the roof if it fucks you up. Now, for the small and mid size businesses, they best get their shit together before they lose their businesses. Some may not know this. |
