The more of this the better.

All of our crisis boils down to money: fear of losing (job), fear of being demoted/deplatformed, etc.

Academics beyond adjuncts (educators who do not/cannot publish anything substantial) make a particularly good living, to the point that, for instance, we might wonder how so many "Christian" "philosophers" and "ethicists" allowed the crisis of the modern world to happen... well, they sold their souls to the devil. By this I mean they took a cushy check at the cost of vowing to never really speak the truth again.

It is these people who need to experience economic threats, such as being removed from panels, editorial boards, speaking engagements, et al, before they truly awaken.

So by all means I hope and pray hundreds more are reprimanded for saying that men and women we are created, that the great deal of the planet and the body alike is water, that birds like to sing, and that European culture is the highpoint of civilization. Let men be punished for saying what is obvious, and make them feel the pain, so that they might get together and redistribute it in a more awesome way.

Gender used to be used interchangeably with "sex" on business forms. Just a few decades ago, pretty much all people were categorically called "him or her" by the rest of society. There was no room for people who wanted to be anything else, and that is what it should be.

It is only in recent years that "gender" has been redefined by insane leftists to allow for countless genders with bizarre alien pronouns. The sensible among us still either refer to people as "him or her", based on their apparent biology, and we do not give a shit what the insane left have to say about it.
