They had a winning team back then with guys who were so good they were offered more money by other teams. They kept holding out and keeping less pay cause they wanted to stay in Milwaukee. But 1 by 1 they started leaving. And Bob Euker (sp?) was their announcer. He always did a bang up job, made baseball interesting for everyone with his humor & knowledge. |

Well back then when things were more peaceful and secure it wasnt about the money, but these days youre as good as dead to accept a MLB contract without enough money to allow you to escape the stalkers and hackers.
