That's patently false. There are two groups received into Father God's throne room in the book of Revelation. The first are in white robes and holding palm branches (the wise Christians resurrected at the return of the Lord). The second group sings the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb. These are the foolish Christians who repent during the hour of testing as well as the 144,000 who were sealed, as well as any other person on earth who repents during the hour of testing and the trumpet judgments.

The two witnesses show up after the 6th trumpet judgment and then the church is officially completed, which is why it is measured at that time. No one else on earth repents after that point.

this is all scripted prophecy....... "they" will do all they can to make all this happen, as it is written, so that YOU (particularly christians) will fall into their trap...... believing it's the Holy inspired infallible Word of God, so it MUST be true.
