The Real Estate Boom In Vegas Is More Frenzied Than Ever - ---Out Of Water Soon!

Since the Raiders came to town I have noticed a larger population of African Americans. I am assuming they are moving to Vegas from California but I don't know. The news keeps saying California's are moving to Vegas in droves. Also, there are more violence on the strip, including shootings, street racing, and murders than ever before.

...you're very late. Vegas and Arizona have been a desination for Californians for YEARS because the cost of living has always been far cheaper. The Raiders have nothing to do with it.

Nevada has already turned into a blue state.
This of course will make even more of a liberal cesspool.

Nevada not too long ago was probably the most wild west and conservative state.
Now it's another California.

When I was out there a few weeks ago, they were building new houses and apartments at the TOP of Railroad Pass. 15 years ago, that was miles from the city.

They were laying laying out streets for a new subdivision just west of Boulder City, near the massive Solar Farm.

That is consistently the hottest place in America, summer daytime temps AVERAGE over 100 degrees, and run into the low 120’s. A massive amount of energy is going to be required to keep those places cool.

It has always been a blue state. But, I think the governor is turning it red with his shit decisions. Population is coming from CA. We are getting the same in Phoenix. Will have to sell properties soon to take profits, before it all collapses.

Nah. Black people are visiting more because casinos were so cheap they could actually afford it, so we got all the Black guetto crowd in full force.

Just like bitcoin, real estate will come crashing down once the real economy is dealt with. Keeping a home is about to become a lot more difficult than most realize. All this mania won't last too much longer. Lots of supply is coming and it's going to be almost unreal to the people who don't recognize the obvious warning signs.

las vegas was originally intended to be a vacation getaway town

Anyways, I am somewhat invested in real estate so I may be legally obliged to disclosed this. I have a lease but I noticed that my landlord is raising it by alot next year. I cannot afford it and it seems that is the reason. They claim that they are tired of renting and want to sell but I suspect that is due to the boom.
I guess Vegas is going to be the next bay area? Many techies are selling their overpriced boxes and buying up housing for a fraction with plenty leftover to dump into gamestonk. If history repeats itself, then Vegas might be the next happening city with a catch, a limit of the size of the city due to water. Elon is out here building shit and many big shots have fled Cali due to weird tax laws targeting the rich. Nevada does not have state income taxes!!! THe future is near!!! Spardemic! Spars pandemic?

Did anyone really think Sin City would improve in quality of life and mind over time?
