OBE just proves we are MORE than just a glorified soulless ape.

We are not human being having a spiritual experience...
We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Life, ULTIMATELY, is about restoring your relationship with GOD.
Walking with Him daily and Finding His plan for your life!

Get right with God today!

That's exactly right. When that umbilical cord
breaks, THAT is when the rubber meets the road,
because body and soul part ways, and you,

I didn't ask staff. Because of covid, all patients were allowed one visitor at a time, one visitor per day.

My 4 people were not dressed like staff. They were in street casual clothes.

As I thought about them later, I think they may have been visiting Angels doing their rounds.

I knew at the time that the 4 couldn't be seen by others. How? I just knew.

Re: Out of Body Experience
Your soul is attached to your body by what the Bible calls a "silver cord" (yes, it's in the Bible). Though your soul was hovering over/around its "flesh-suit", I assure you that you were not gone out into eternity or you would not have not come back.

Many times I believe (it's just my own personal opinion) we leave our "vessels" (bodies) while we are sleeping but we are never separated from that "silver cord."

If you want your soul to go to be with your Creator when your "silver cord" is severed when you pass through death's door, seek out the TRUE Gospel and don't be a follower of no man other than that man that that is named: "The Son Of Man."

 Quoting: tcs

Interesting about the silver cord. When I was young the first profound experience I had (due to psychedelics) I was in space with a shadowy figure behind me and to my left. I had a line (cord) attached to me going to down to the Earth. The Earth was broken into small grids. Each grid was persons life. My cord went down into my grid.

Perhaps that’s what the line was, the silver cord.

Thank you for sharing.

Re: Out of Body Experience
Welcome to the astral world op!!!

So did u notice nothing changed at all?

Iv astral projected all my life just like everyone does but Iv always been concious of it. Iv even used binaural beats to force it while fully concious.

Reason I ask was there anything different is because in the astral things are slightly different down to the smallest things. It might be that the air is more pixelled and darker or lighter. Furniture or any type of solid object can either be pushed up against walls(especially for a bimeginner concious). Even the sun looks different than how we see in the physical. Was the walls slightly longer or shorter, door frames, trees seem higher or lower.

It’s not a mirror image in what u see in the astral. Everything isn’t exactly the same.

If u don’t think much was different then try to go over it again but by bit, because I think there will be something tiny that would of been a bit out of place. Give u a good idea of what the real experience would of been for.

To project out of body and finds all furniture and items shoved up against a wall. This is usually a beginner concious but also an automatic shift from ur higher self to project ur lower self as u project.

Re: Out of Body Experience
What I didn't experience during this episode: a feeling of popping out of my body (I was just suddenly out), no heaven or hell or any other place, no white light, no feeling of great love (or fear), no presence of a supreme being.

I was not afraid at all. No sense of doom. Things seem oddly normal - even time.

 Quoting: Maiya

Because there IS no heaven nor hell. Both are created by the "fallen" brothers and sisters who thought they can do their own paradise or something.

And your experience WAS oddly normal. Because our souls are eternal, and there are no winged angels. But there are souls (good and not so good) who APPEAR like that, for whatever reason.

You are awaken now, my friend.

Thanks OP,

I believe it was your “astral” self (for lack of better word)

My mother would have those frequently. I have only had it happen twice, and one time I was really disoriented, like comically so.

Re: Out of Body Experience
one of my favorite OBE stories:

Many years ago, I happened to be talking to an electrician who did mostly industrial and commercial work

He said he started to work on a job in an operating room at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, Calif.

As he was setting up, he noticed a little plaque way up on the ceiling near the corner of the room

He thought it was some kind of warning sign, so he got his ladder and climbed up to check it out

It said: "If you can read this, you're dead."

Re: Out of Body Experience
I was recently hospitalized and had an abdominal operation. I have had 3 abdominal operations before this time. I have always stayed with my body my entire life. The day following the operation, I had an out of body experience for the first and only time.

I have occasionally watched YouTube videos and read experiences online about out of body experiences because the subject is interesting. Mine didn't match anything.

I, me, inside me, whatever you call it, was just suddenly in the recliner to the left of the bed where my body lay. I knew my body was in the bed still, but I had no interest in it at all.

My hearing and sight was all fine, just not in my body anymore. ME, all of ME was in the chair. Not sitting per se. Just in the chair. My thoughts at this time were: "well, this is weird" and "wow". So, I just stayed in the chair and watched my surroundings. The mounted TV was still playing. I looked out the window to the parking lot as I was on the first floor. All just fine - cars coming and going, etc.

Then 4 people were standing on the opposite side of my bed and they were looking down at my body. I didn't see or hear them walk up. They were just there. There were 2 males and 2 females - standing side by side. They looked young - in their early 20's. Perfect weight. Dressed casual. They were not glowing and didn't have wings. They looked like normal people. I did not recognize them. They didn't look at the chair I was in. They made no noise.

Then, I was back in my body. I made no decision to go back in. I just was there again.

I learned later that the pain killer I was given was only given half strength except for one time. The one time was right after surgery the previous day. The pain killer wears off in 2 hours. So, I wasn't high as a kite.

I have been high as a kite before and this experience was nothing like that.

Thoughts?
