The majority of blacks do not want to get an education and do not want to work which is the exactly the opposite of the Asians. They are polar opposites when we look at what each value. It's a number of factors. Black Criminals consider Asians to be weak and passive. And while a Berkeley grad will tell you Asians are white many Asian communities are marginalized in some ways. They are also a small minority that have a harder time raising a stink in the press or on the streets. Black men who listen to rap think bullying is cool. And bullies pick on the weak. When's the last time you saw some chump azz wannabe gangster trying to rob a dude who looks like he was willing and able to beat him down? Most Asians aren't into gangster dumb stuff. They want to make money. They want their kids to go to college. They want to retire someday after a peaceful life. No 60 year old wants to walk around ready and able to defend himself from a pack of degenerate goon "youths." What a hell hole. |

All the people working in the business were often family members. They didn't hire black people because they were barely making a living for themselves. I don't know if it came from distrust of black people, or out of fear of having their items shoplifted. But the Asians allegedly would follow some of the customers around the store keeping an eagle eye on them. That didn't make some of the black customers feel very welcome. The prices might have been high too, which likely did cause some resentment. In my area, we have some small stores like that too. Possibly there was some jealousy from the blacks in the area because the Asians had their own business where the black people didn't. What the black folks didn't realize is the Asians scrimped and saved as a family for years to be able to open a business. Then they all worked in the store together. They might have been working there for very low wages if any. You are happy to work for the family as long as you have a place to sleep and food to eat. "How did it begin back in the day?" |
