Fake.
His face and chest are fuzzy to me and he looks more squatty.

Bill is a vampire, and IMO f*CKs little kids and then watches them die afterwards for lunch, so him walking around with those things in 2021 don't surprise me any. with closer look, i see the curve in the Arm..a good fake, but yes a Fake. Hilarious! If anybody deserves a good send-up it's Bill right now.
