plenty of posts similar to this have stated staying in motion is the key to survival, laying down roots make you vulnerable
also someone mentioned not instantly growing seeds.
that is why you practice foraging, learnign to eat smalls. crickets arent that bad, learn fruit trees and where to forage and how.
preservation for the winter time when foraging is harder
i am currently growing paw paw, persimmon, blck cherries, and muscadine grapes from seed i found in local parks and various places.
i take them to my property and let them grow. planted 7 paw paw last year and 5 black cherry trees, 5 persimmons.
plenty of acorns and know how to prep them, hickory trees....
