BoB has been prepped and ready for years. I have it always at the ready. 4 day supply of food for me. I'm fortunate in that I would bug-out alone.

Vehicle suitable for bugging out is within easy reach. Ample fuel for about 1000 miles of range.

5-6 years of food on hand at the spot. Artesian well. Well stocked with supplies and consumables.

I could gather up and move out in less than 30 minutes, and the remainder of the time would put me about 1/3 of the way to my hidey-hole.
