i've seen a few evacuations from hurricanes near a major
city, and i guarantee that you will just be sitting
in a line of traffic for nearly 20 hours. people will be
running out of gas and stranded, but you will meet new
friends. i saw a tailgate party suddenly get created
in one instance.
