Talk to your spouses. Make a death pact that nobody gets the shot without talking to each other.
You guys may have won a lawsuit for saying he had to take the shot. I'd be pissed that he passed a possible settlement.

He was on the fence, but we were in a holding pattern waiting for more information on the vaccine. His boss demanded it so he just took the less stressful route since he hadn't been convinced "yet" that there was problems with them.
