Yes that now addition charges have been brought against the only suspect jailed for 10 days and charged with the kidnapping.
Seen all over the neighborhood checking cars, and apparently entering homes.

No. My initial comment to which you responded simply said that Brown is not the "typical black," as I don't know any black people charged with those crimes. If it were typical, I would know lots of people faced with those charges. Far from typical activity. I agree that they are carefully sifting through the evidence to build a solid case and properly charge him. If he's in any way involved with kidnapping, hurting or killing that boy, I hope they put him under the jail and throw away the key. I did not post that nor would I ever. Someone that would do that is not typical in any sense. I agree they are taking their time and building a solid case, but at this point it does say a lot no additional arrests have been made, getting a (potential) killer off the street. I don’t know any black people either accused of anything similar either. If you and many today QUIT presenting the amount of melanin in a person as their sole defining characteristic I think you would have a happier life.
