These charges appear to be just that because the police did not find her initial complaint plausible for some reason. Still no murder charge, because apparently they can't tie him to the body or place him at the scene in the night video. He DID have a GPS monitor, meaning if he was there they know he was there. Great stack them on and save some tax payers money with a confession. He tried to take a different kid too, damn. This is day ten. HIGHLY doubtful. if he had I am sure he would have been popped then. the police didn't buy the old ladies story for some reason.
