He broke into a home. Got a kitchen knife. Hit the Grandfather. He then came back later, kicked in the garage door and entered the home. He took the little girl and the grandfather had to physically take her away from him. I bet you 10.00 he didn't call police because of Browns color. I wonder if the person is white? Maybe they didn't want the black community on their ass in the area. If they had said something prior, then Brown would have been off the streets. Not killing Cash Gernon. Police admitted at a city council meeting the GRAND MOTHERS story was not supported by the evidence and she seemed "off her meds", so they didn't charge anyone. The fact they are charging brown with this now is simply because they want bargaining chips to get him to plea bargain, it is a well used and well kn won tactic and means they have no case. The saying in Texas is among defense attorneys if you see them stacking charges, take it to the jury
