I am sincere in wanting you to list the evidence you believe incriminates the accused.

Here is one of the primary reasons I always defend people I believe are being railroaded:


I was once put on trial for a serious felony by people who assumed incorrectly I would have insufficient money for a solid private defense.

what they did is try to scare me into plea bargaining, they stacked charges and the whole nine.

You know what came out in the trial?

EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF EVIDENCE THEY HAD TURNED OUT TO BE EXCULPATORY. Their evidence and the testimony of their witnesses on cross examination proved my innocence, not beyond a reasonable doubt, but beyond a SHADOW OF A DOUBT.

When they finished presenting their witnesses and evidence, I instructed my lawyer to rest the case, and he did.

The jury came back in less than an hour.

The judge ordered my arrest record expunged since I had no previous record of conviction, based on the fact the prosecutor knew he didn't have a case or a reasonable belief I was guilty.

It was an election year. For the judge and the prosecutor. No shit. That's what it was all about, OPTICS.




MY lawyer is the one who told me that saying they have, when you see the prosecutor stacking charges, take it to the jury. It means they have no case and they know it.
