I have to be honest , I THINK the creeper COULD be this guy in a wig and disguise. He is a really whacked out piece of work with a lot of interest in deflecting blame off of the meth family and a jump to justice agaisnt Brown.

I wouldn't trust this guy with a bubble gum wrapper much less a kid. He acts deranged..
