People keep asking me why the Dallas police and local good ole boys network would try so hard to pin this crime on Brown if he wasn't guilty and they knew it,and to me the answer seems pretty obvious.

NO MATTER who actually kidnapped and killed Cash, The ultimate responsibility for Cash's death DOES NOT lie with Monica Sherrod, his father, Brown, or whoever killed Cash.You cant put a kid in with venomous snakes and expect him not to get bitten.
The ultimate responsibility lies with the police and the courts in Dallas. If it is true as it appears that Sherrod or someone else in that house injured the child or he ingested illicit drugs and that resulted in a severe brain injury and that is why they staged the kidnapping and murdered him in cold blood, then the only reason he is dead is because the Dallas police did not follow up in Cash's real mothers insistence that the kids ere in Dallas with their father, who was running from police. Furthermor, if the courts had put Sherrod in jail on the mandatory three felony strike la, Cash would still be alive. If CPS had done their job, Cash would still be alive.
So it is mighty convenient to blame it on a random crime committed by an unpredictable psycho that none of them measures or incompetencies would have changed, and that is what they did
