Browns IQ is less than 65. It's not like he would be hard to set up. They chose a perfect patsy and knew how the DPD would react.

He will not ever get federal charges. Unless he gets off and they charge federally for racial discrimination against a white child. At this point we wait for the trial and all have a round.
