You are delusional. their 7.5 billion people in the world. we will max out at about 9 billion people by 2050. The human birth rate has been down since the 1960's world wide. Apparently, since the world decided to educate women. And , they are too busy with careers to have a lot of kids. Some even opting to have no kids at all.

Furthermore 90% of the worlds population resides in the northern one half of the hemisphere. So your perspective is skewed. Humans have not over populated the earth. If we manage our resources well their is more than enough to handle 22 billion people BTW. But, that is not going to happen.

Since the average life span is about 70 years, the population world wide will begin to stabilize and stop growing by 2050. By the beginning of the next Century if life spans stay at age 70, their will be a population crash in the next century that will shrink to about 3.5 billion. Then the population will continue to shrink but more slowly.

So stop being a fearful alarmist that believes something must be done to cull/ kill and murder people right now. Humans have a remarkable ability to adapt and over come. And wars and stress tend to bring on population booms. So if you want to bring down the earth population, live in peace and be helpful too. People over all desire to keep life simple and free. And let face it, kids are a lot of work if you don't have them working for you.
