To take that further it would be worth reading the vision and explanation in Re:11 and Da:7 as the 10 men in those references are the same 10 men.
The 'right time' would be 4 days after the 144,000 and the two witnesses are sealed for protection from harm. The first 4 trumps sound in 4 days, in those 4 days the world goes from 'peace' to being under martial law. Within 1 hour of the Beast from the Pit appearing all those military forces surrender out of fear they will be destroyed.

Marduk was the eldest son of Enki Ea aka Odin, Ptah, Prometheus, Poseidon, Adonai, and many other names.

After the planet Tiamat was blown apart during the Tiamat War, it was Enki Ea aka Odin, who was able to find the pieces of her that still contained her life force, and was able to rejoin them using the World Tree Yggdrasil to reconnect the 9 living parts of the Planet Tiamat, and rebuild her into Earth, known as Ea's Heart or Ea's Hearth. It was also Ea that reseeded Earth with life.

Following the Tiamat War, Marduk was made ruler of Mars, a planet that was also dying because the explosion of Tiamat had also greatly damaged Mars' atmosphere. While there he was in charge of the Igigi, the group most commonly known as the Fallen Angels in the Bible.

While on Mars, War broke out. Survivors of Tiamat who had fled to the planet as refuges were now at War with several of the native races.
There were two human groups that lived on Tiamat before its destruction.

The tall Red Headed Atlans, they averaged around 9-10 foot tall and usually had green eyes, they the original humans on Tiamat. They came to our solar system from the Pleiades. They were known as the warriors of the Pleiades, think Spartans. The Pleiadian Council sent their people to Earth because the enemies of humanity in our galaxy, the Draco/Reptilians had began to colonize Earth, so the Atlans were sent to Earth to combat them and chase them off. Remember the Dino Riders toys from the 80s?
Those were based on the Atlan Dino Wars.
Eventually the War between the Atlans and the Reptilians got so intense that higher level beings had to get involved.
These god like beings offered a solution, because neither race would allow the planet to be taken over by the other, the Higher level beings decided to create a new being that contained the genetics of both humans and reptiles. Thus the root race of modern day Asians were born, known as the Iananna. Although most humans on Earth at about 10% reptilian, the Yellow skinned Ainanna had 20% reptilian dna. This caused the Ainanna to be less likely to question orders, more likely to follow the majority, and less likely to critical think although still having incredible memories. They were also shorter than regular humans, averaging around 4 foot tall. They also loved war.

When Tiamat was destroyed the Ainanna refused to live in co-existence with the Red skinned humans on Mars that had offered them Refuge. The war loving Ainanna started a War on Mars, they were being feed weapons by the Draco and the Sirius Prince Nannar-Allah(Njord), whose Vanir family empire hated the Aesir family empire of Marduk.
Soon Mars would see a massive war, Marduk and the Igigi, lead their full support to the Red skinned humans of Mars, as did the Red Headed Atlans.

The Ainanna didn't care about the environment or the atmosphere though, and only cared about war and the eradication of the other races on Mars. Mars would belong to them or no one would have it. The Ainanna constructed large mechanical moving cities and would cannibalize every settlement they conquered of its resources.

Before the war was over, the Atlans had mostly left Mars, and had resettled on the new Earth that Enki Ea had saved/created. It was Enki Ea aka Poseidon, that created the nation of Atlantis and offered the Atlans a place there. Soon Marduk called for retreat on Mars and offered a place for the red skinned humans of Mars in what is currently known as the southeastern United States/Bermuda. These people would go on to breed with humans of Earth to eventually become the Native America people.

Meanwhile, Nannar-Allah, offered the Ainanna a place in his lands to settle. They settled on Earth in the area that is currently Japan. These would go on to breed with humanity to eventually become the Asian race.

Unfortunately, the destuction of Mars did not end the quest of the Ainanna to be the only owners of Earth. This lead to the Aesir vs Vanir war, which was Atlantis(Aesir) vs Asia(Vanir).

Shortly after making the Earth his new home, Marduk was approached by his brothers who were wishing to get married, but royal tradition required that the elder brothers get married first. Marduk being the eldest brother was asked to find a bride. Marduk had been working with Enoch during this time, nearly living together like family, as Enoch was a hybrid human who also possessed Enki Ea's bloodline. Marduk chose Serpanit(Sif).

Enlil Nummar(Zeus, Yahweh) who was Lord of the Word(Command) over our solar sytem was disgusted by this, and petitioned his father King Anu, ruler of the Sirius Empire, to stop it from happening. A God could not marry a Beast! King Anu had all his aids check all the law books, but they could not find anything that prevented Marduk from marrying her, but stated if he did marry her he would lose all his royal titles. Marduk said he didn't care and married her anyways.

Well when his Fallen Angel followers the Igigi heard about Marduk taking a human bride, they became jealous and decided they wanted human bridges of their own....

So the Igigi, decided they would take human brides of their own through force. Samyaza and Azazel got the Igigi to take a blood oath, and then they stormed the Spaceport of Baalbek, along with Enlil's mountain cedar estate of Eden within the what is currently Lebanon.

They succeeded and Enlil was forced to grant the Fallen Angels human wives.

Marduk would go on to have three sons with his human wife, Serpanit. Nabu, Osiris, and Set.

Samyaza would have a daughter with his human bride known as Isis.

With the help of the Igigi, Marduk was able to conquer Egypt from his little brother Thoth. He split it into two kingdoms the Upper and Lower, giving them to his sons Osiris and Set, while Nabu ruled Babylon for his father, Marduk, who was no longer able to hold a throne.

Both Osiris and Set were in love with Isis though, but Osirsis won her heart. Samyaza though prefered Set, and wished to see his daughter with him, and actually fought on Set's side during the civil war.

Around 4000 years ago, Marduk took the advice from one of his closest friends and advisors, Loki, who was a reptilian shapeshifting prince from Orion, and a half brother of Enki Ea(Odin).

Loki convinced Marduk that because he has the royal bloodline of the Orion Queens, ruler of our galaxy flowing through him, that he could call upon the aid of the rogue Orion clans and get them to help him created a new Dragon Empire. So Loki and Marduk began to recruit all the rogue dragon, reptilian, and Grey clans he could, using his royal bloodline to get them to follow him.

Marduk had his reptilian shapeshifters infiltrate Enlil's command bases, as he prefered reptilian servants over humans as they followed order better. So the mutiny started and the Greys and Reptiles overthrew all the Annunaki bases and chased the Annunaki Gods off the planet.

Marduk declared himself Ra, the One True God. And at this point became the Satan aka Ruler of Earth.

People get confused. They think the Antichrist is Satan. But the Antichrist is the “son” of Satan. Another name for the Antichrist is Apollyon or Abaddon which means “ destroyer. Revelation chapter 8 discusses this.

Apollyon, the son of Satan, who is a spirit, comes out of the bottomless pit and possesses the host person who is the Antichrist. This is how he becomes the Beast.

The Red Dragon is a planetary body which is Satan’s planet and yes, it is heading toward us.

Another name for the Red Dragon is Wormwood. See Revelation 8:11.
