I can be deep dark tan but you can never be white or have real blue eyes.

California is one least naturally blonde states in the US. Being naturally brunette of course they're going to have brunette features. Most blue eyed natural blondes have very fair skin and don't tan. The very few that can tan look absolutely hideous with tan skin. Natural blonde hair blue eyes and really fair untenable skin are of course Nordic genes. The very few natural blondes that don't have blue eyes or have skin that tans might be mostly Nordic but definitely Mediterranean or at least Alpine and in some cases tiny amounts of non-white mixed in.
