Kids are expensive. Furthermore, they have educated women and gave them positions of authority. If they want children now, it is only one or two. There is not cost benefits to having children. They are an expected drain on parents until they die now. Besides in China right now, you are allowed to have more children if you can prove you can afford them.

I think the worse idea is that a person could be an useless eater.
