I don't get what you're saying.

Personality mattered for women back then. Now they can get endless dates on the Internet regardless of their personalities. Back then and before, every woman was judged on her personality all the time. You could fake that, but it was a 24/7 endeavor. Faking it isn't even necessary anymore.
