Women like this used to be everywhere in the 90s in America.

That was 20 to 30 years ago. You do the math. Throw in kids, and the damage done from all the bad habits and vices, the fading tattoos, etc. You get the picture. They're not even shadows of themselves anymore. They're completely different, boring, ordinary people. Nothing wrong with that, but nothing interesting either.
