For example, No Doubt gave a free concert near where I lived in the mid-90s. I drove my sister and her friend to the concert, but I just stayed in the car because Gwen Stefani didn't even seem like anything special to me then. Looking back, that's insane because she was so gorgeous and cool and talented, but back then I thought of her as just a little above average. I am not exaggerating at all.

The thing is, there is no one like Gwen Stefani in her prime around anymore. Do you see what I mean?

Personality mattered for women back then. Now they can get endless dates on the Internet regardless of their personalities.

Back then and before, every woman was judged on her personality all the time. You could fake that, but it was a 24/7 endeavor. Faking it isn't even necessary anymore.

My prime was in the 90s, so I have an affinity for that time.

With that said, I think it was the peak of human civilization. We had the greatest technology and culture before the Internet degraded and ruined everything.

I can see making a case for earlier time periods being better, but I don't see anything beating the 1990s. If you do, please explain.

Right, so, the alternative rock chicks put on roughly 1 to 3 pounds on average per year after they turned 17 depending on their workout regime and diet. That was 20 to 30 years ago. You do the math.

Throw in kids, and the damage done from all the bad habits and vices, the fading tattoos, etc. You get the picture.

You didn't have the women with dyed hair, odd piercings, tattoos, fake tits, plastic surgery, excessive make up, mascara, eyeliner, fake tans,excessive jewelry etc. like the vast majority of girls have now.

You didn't have as much of it in the 1990's as from the 2000's onwards, but the trend was definitely starting in the 1990's.

1990's were definitely better than anything after.
But the 1950's-1980's were better.
But I'd take even the Great Depression/Dust Bowl/World War 2 days of the 1930's and first half of the 1940's any day over anything from 9/11/2001 onwards, and especially over 2020 or 2021.

Now days american women either have a ton of baggage, are gold diggers, very out of shape, are brainwashed sjws, or consider it empowering to be miserable and act more like a man (and not like a woman). The concept of being feminine and beautiful (and not artificial) started to go away at the end of the 80s.

Now the slogan is, "It's (fill in the year)...aren't we beyond women being appreciated for their looks? It's a woman's right to go mess herself up!"
