This is spooky to me. I tried to think of a female artist who started in the 90s but became more successful later. Beyoncé is one. However, I always felt like her music peaked in the 90s, and although she became more popular later, her music went downhill. This song was released in 1999, and it's my favorite Beyoncé song.
