"Black Cat" by Janet Jackson is another excellent example of the 90s style and spirit.

This song was released in 1990, and I am kind of stunned as to how this particular style just arrived seemingly out of nowhere in the year 1990. We are still just scratching the surface of the year 1990 alone.
