Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80471199 This song and music video are perfect examples of not just how 90s women are extinct among young people today. It's a perfect example of how everything back then is extinct among young people today. No Doubt was proud to be a garage band. They were one of the biggest bands in the world at the time of that music video, and they were performing in an actual garage in that video. Pop stars today are the opposite of that. They just want to make an ostentatious display of their success as much as possible. We also have Gwen Stefani's completely unique fashion at that time. In the comments to that video, people are saying Stefani was wearing 1940s clothing there. Regardless of the specifics, she was different than else in pop music at the time, and she didn't care. She was going to express herself her way regardless of what anyone thought. Pop stars are like clones today in terms of fashion. Another important point is that the band wrote the song "Sunday Morning" by themselves. I don't remember the last time I saw a big pop act with a song they wrote themselves without an outside songwriter co-writing or completely writing the song.
