Why would his emails as a public official responding to a public health emergency in a public setting on behalf of THE PUBLIC be considered an "invasion of privacy?"

Doesn't the PUBLIC have a right to know the details of how this pandemic occurred?

The virus was always real. Our RESPONSE to the virus (distancing, masks, shutdowns) was a hoax.

On page 1319 there is an email from the NIH responding to an email on page 1320. The response is basically 'thanks for your submission but we will ignore it'. It was very curt and dismissive.

The latter email was from a doctor from an Israeli university saying they should consider using 3 anti-viral agents that are cheap and readily available. This was sent on Apr 8, 2020. One of those agents was chloroquine.
