yeah that is an area of interest, after Virginia to see family, zig zag to Iowa over to the Texas, Dallas area, then up the New Mexico, turning up into Utah..going to avoid California this time, on my way up to Oregon.
That is Stage 1 of the road trip.

Then I was thinking, then to travel up to Haida Gwaii Islands off BC Canada coast and do some recording of the Tidal pools there for a researcher in New Foundland.
Lend him a hand while I go see some old friends there. I lived there for 3 years in Masset.

But any travel in Canada is on hold until later, you can freely travel in USA, while in Canada it is locked down between Counties and States/Prov there.
