Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74928581 No problem with Almond Butter. Anyone grow out of being able to eat Peanut butter? I can still eat handful of roasted peanuts. Not many. It's concern because of long term food scenario. If I eat it as a late night snack then its heart burn city (sometimes) |

It makes my entire body swell, and the swelling remains for weeks, even with fasting. It's like my body doesn't know what to do with the protein from the genetically-modified peanuts. Comes as advice on remineralizing teeth. It has been a staple and useful for an asian salad dressing; yet I'd eat every bit of it trying to set it aside for that, c'mon! On to almond butter, organic. Experience has shown it makes great brownies, salad dressing and toast topper! |

Palm oil has crept into peanut butter over the last couple of years, and it disagrees with some people. |

I suspect that the rash of peanut allergies in the past generation or 2 are directly linked to the vaccines we force on innocent children. |

I buy only organic peanut butter. Is your health not worth an extra dollar..? . I was not aware of the GMO till my allergic reaction. Then a friend told me peanuts had been modified. I thought it might have been a fluke the first time I swelled up, so about a year later I tried peanuts again. Same swelling reaction only worse. If you have ever had your throat start to swell shut, it is a scary feeling. Not one I wished to try testing again. I might give the organic a try, but highly unlikely I will. As time goes on, allergies not only show up but get worse. A neighbor had been bitten by wasps many times without a reaction till he hit 70 y.o., then he swelled up so bad he almost died. I had heard that vaccines somehow used peanuts in their formulas, which caused allergies for those who got shot, but I never take injections, so figured it must be the GMO.
