Chi chis, the most silly restaurant ever

Why would the midwest open up a restaurant chain like chi chis, that they know nothing about ?

Had they opened up a restaurant chain like Outback Steakhouse, or expanded a&w or cracker barrel.. they would have done much better over the long haul, because that type of food is their culture.

That's what they make at home.

If you go to a cracker barrel for breakfast, an outback steakhouse for lunch..
And an Olive garden and a local pizza place for dinner..

You ate nearly everything that makes the Midwest at home... Only you ate it in a restaurant with much added calories.


That does not qualify them to open a Mexican restaurant..
And the government should have shut them down as both a vehicle of a racist caracature, and a lack of qualification to make tex-mex.
