I think the article (and the thread title) is mis-stating the part about not asking about vaccine status. Looks like they are saying you don’t have to disclose vaccine status but not disclosing will be used against you.

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 43440585 The company I work for knows mine and nearly everyone's stance on this issue....like a previous post said they don't wanna play that game and lose people required to fulfill contracted work......easy enough to walk and take your experience and knowledge elsewhere.
