Even if you ignore the colossal energy needed if were to be used by everyone
Transactions take about 10 mins at least, sometimes a hour +

Bitcoin is unstoppable at this point. It is already being classified as an asset. Like digital gold or real estate. They are scared shitless because this is the first asset that they cannot manipulate. Buy it. Hold it. Never sell it.

BTC is and will be labeled a disaster and will not ever be allowed to replace anything in the economy in a real official sanctioned way. At best you'll be able to keep your money in it, at worst it will be propagandized into the most evil dangerous thing ever and the mainstream won't buy in.

You must realize they are working on or have already chosen the real crypto that will be "the one" that is implemented and used globally for day to day transactions. I don't know what that crypto is, but it sure as shit isn't BTC. If you think otherwise you're kidding yourself.

I'm not saying BTC is bad evil or whatever, I'm saying they will never allow something to replace their power... they'll nuke the entire planet before they allow that to happen. Short of the globe moving away from the dollar and the complete dismantling of the US, BTC is going nowhere in terms of retail use. All that said, I think crypto has one last bull market in the 2024-2026 years before it's all said and done.
