They are simply there to give, well, extra pressure to the agencies to do their jobs, and using your Senator/Rep, I discovered in this process, is a means to the next level agency management to which you would not have access otherwise. And, they are held accountable if your Sen staff are effective. Agencies don't like Senator offices calling them with operations problems. If you haven't reached the ID stage, then I'm deducing you are still at the initial application stage. Did you provide all the docs they requested? . Well im fooked then. They signed me up for regular unemployment instead of PUA Thanks for your response.
