There is a much greater chance of international chaos or infrastructure attacks. I don't want to be a thousand miles from home when/if the shit hits the fan. This is the second time in as many years that I have foregone a trip because of strategic threats. I have been RVing for decades--and driving since 1972. I really don't like being indirectly controlled by politics, but sometimes an extra dose of prudence seems like the right thing. |
