Wait- aren't hospitals over run with covid patients and the need for nurses very high?
I guess not.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80462047 it costs money to employ nurses and that is not how hospitals want to spend money.
Management short staffs units and has no liability for patient harm, the overstretched health care professional has no control and all liability.
Even four patients per Nurse is deadly. Currently we are at 8 patients per Nurse because management cut staff over the last few years, and people are dying and lives are being ruined. Managers get bonus checks for cutting nurse staffing even more year after year, and have no liability or accountability for patient harm. Medicare rewards hospital administrators for doing this.
When they fire Nurses who refuse the vaccine, they will be up to 20 patients per Nurse.
The hospital wants to save money by running with fewer nurses and by killing off elderly chronically ill to avoid spending money on those patients. They will let the lone nurse stretched between 20 patients with no help take the fall for any patient harm/death.
if I get fired for refusing the vaxx, I am going to laugh my ass off at my sheep vaccinated collegeues running with a 20 patient per nurse ratio. They are going to be in hell, and so are the patients.
