Yeah, I know. But I live in the deep south and things are cheaper here. You could get 4 large pizzas and 2 orders of wings for fifty bucks and still tip the driver 15%. Okay, maybe three large pies.

But that's per-shift, and I'm guessing you don't work in the food industry, because they keep staff numbers low to save money. And also maybe you've never been treated to food by your company (which I'm not, I'm doing this as a gesture as Just Another Guy--which I am) but when you give free food to employees there is ALWAYS food left over because some people just don't want to eat, or there are women watching their weight, or other people who say FUCK THIS and won't take freebees out of general principle.

I get that.

That's why I am saying in my note that any food left over should be taken home or else I'm going to snag it the next morning, on Saturday
