The problem is they changed GLP while we were not looking.

The image in the header used to say:

UFOs, Conspiracy Theorists, Lunatic Fringe.

And it is now: Breaking News, Science & Technology, Offbeat Discussions, Investigative Research.

I guess that change was an attempt at boring respectability?

The old header used to keep all of the unimaginative "normies" away and one could get on with a discussion without the accountability of have to justify one's beliefs against the programmed corporate mainstream narrative. Back then it was just a given.

So, I think that change was an error. Had you seen the original header you probably would have surfed off the site immediately. Thus you are stuck asking your question and legitimately so. IMHO
