By requiring unvaccinated to wear a mask you are forcing them to disclose their vaccination history.
Under FERPA, a parent or eligible student must provide a signed and dated written consent before a school discloses personally identifiable information from the student’s education records. 34 CFR § 99.30.
These records should only be disclosed to appropriate parties, not displayed throughout the school via mask mandate.
