No allegedly to it, he straight up caused it.

It clearly states to do what the woman did

She followed the states own recommendations in traffic stop.

The guide says

Turn on hazards and stop when a safe location is found.

This is the exact manual stating she followed the states instructions meaning the cop is in the wrong.

I've been in the situation before, the cop is supposed to have a mega phone he can quickly tell you to pull over with.

One of the problems with tyranny is that it increases.

Americans born today think torture, kill lists, groping, and wiretapping are perfectly acceptable.

There was a time when you didn't need a driver license. Later driver licenses were required. Driver licenses then needed a photo. Later you needed a written exam. A driving test was then required. Later you needed a medical test. A car inspection was required. Later you needed liability insurance. Driver license fees increased and fingerprints were required. Soon DNA samples, microchip implants, and vaccines will be needed to get a license.

She should have pulled over to the right shoulder. There’s ample amount of space to pull over.

Her excuse if I recall was she wanted an area that was well lit and felt safe for her as if it wasn’t a cop behind her.

One of the reasons the US is collapsing now is that Americans think that decay will be stopped by becoming Fascists and Communists. Americans think the US will be improved by expanding wars, increasing the debt, and adding more tyranny when the reason the USA is crashing is because the US has wars, is in debt, and has a police state.

Americans say that they love freedom, but then they turn around and say they need the government to give them free Obamacare, build a wall, protect the US from Yemen, wiretap their phones, arrest people for feeding the homeless, stop farmers from plowing fields, force people to get rid of dogs, ban vaping, and torture suspects.

Every country has the government it deserves.
