Another big rule: Don't eat crap.

Prepackaged food has way too much weird additives.
Don't drink sugary sodas, ever. Fruit drinks with no added sugar are fine.
No saccharine or other fake sugars. Stevia might be OK.
etc.

But with that being said I admit we are having a pizza tonight. Her granddaughter is dropping it off, probably in order to check on us. I don't think she trusts me with Ginger Granny.
