Fruit drinks with no added sugar are fine. No saccharine or other fake sugars. Stevia might be OK. etc. But with that being said I admit we are having a pizza tonight. Her granddaughter is dropping it off, probably in order to check on us. I don't think she trusts me with Ginger Granny. |

Some of the underworld figures that crossed my table gave me good deals on things, I used to have a 24 foot sloop that I would sail to Corsica, I still have a property there, but I will never see it again (unvaxxed). |

My granddad had high functions in the military and police. He was chief police - commissaire en chef - of Kinshasa until the independency. |

I can only hope at 70 my mind is as sharp and clear as yours is. Congratulations on making it to over 90. Do you have something you attribute to your ling life other than genetics? Diet? Lifestyle choices? Anything? I'm always very curious. I've asked about 50 or 60 people in my adult life that I've encountered that have made it over 90 and most say laughter and love as the top things that kept them healthy. After that various diets and exercise. I'm curious Dr. I'd greatly appreciate any input. God Bless and Happy Birthday. Here's to another 91 (think you're ready for that?) I'll bet you've some interesting things in your life and some pretty bad (French Foreign Legion type stuff, maybe). I'm so glad you're here and doing well and would love to hear about some of your life experiences.
