While there are many verses which refer to the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of Jesus Christ , the title is because the Holy Spirit has been sent to REMIND US of Jesus and to glorify Him. Christ and the Holy Spirit are indeed one but also distinctive.

Jesus even asked forgiveness for those who spat in His face and crucified Him. This is also another distinction to reference when pertaining to the unforgivable sin , other than attributing things of the LORD to Satan , those who harden their hearts so much that they no longer can receive conviction from the Holy Spirit , won't ever be forgiven because they have hardened their hearts too much.

And Jesus Himself did say anyone who believes in Him will work the same miracles that He did.

Edit: - There is actually a lot of contradictions in book of Enoch as opposed to the canon so even though it has many connotations which 'seem' legit , cannot say that it is divinely inspired either.
