well of course she encounters a "futility" as she puts it, from what I gather in watching the video, all of her work, practices, etc... center around the scenario of " whit is priviliged, white is bad"

there doesn't seem to be any responsibility for anything put on people of color. Any and all negative traits, feelings or behaviors is directly the fault of white people

So her approach of blaming all white people yields the results of being unable to move forward in conversations regarding race because whites won't willingly accept the blame for all of the ills and problems of the non-white communities.
