The premise of Christianity is the need for a savior, and Rome was the only one who had the answer for this. This patriarchal belief system is enforced the need of a savior on pain of eternal damnation, virtually banned women,

This "creator" god created the world without the feminine energy, selected a righteous few to fulfill a divine plan, the mission being to have a "plan" ...i.e., the necessary messiah, and finally devastating judgment in which the world is destroyed so that the righteous few can be saved by the accomplishment of Devine retribution.

Those who don't ascribe and accept this belief is labeled a pagan.
