As pointed out, this process of setting an intention, raising energy to a high point, directing that energy to the intention, then releasing that energy/intention can be accomplished through a variety of methods and practices. Now that this is more clear to me, I can also see where important parts/aspects to this process are missing from many peoples’ “practice”.
